Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Peet's coffee experience.
How do I ensure my coffee stays fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. We recommend using your coffee within two weeks of opening and avoiding the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can affect the bean quality.
When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are roasted and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can change your coffee selection, adjust delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time before your next roast date.
What is your return policy for coffee and equipment?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Are Peet's Coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing through our Enveritas certification, which verifies that our coffee is grown under fair labor conditions and environmentally responsible standards across our entire supply chain.
